Company’s plan is to set up a unit for CNG Cylinder Hydro testing at HB233, Sua Road, Near Suman Cycle WakiaNandpur, LUDHIANA, 141120 (Punjab). The total project outlay is about Rs. 2 Crores. Plan is to commission the plant from Oct, 2022. Registration of the company , land lease in the industrial area and its registration, GST number, PAN, TAN , Approvals from local and central govt such as Change of Land Use (CLU), Building plan approval, fire safety, PESO for consent to establish, electricity connection from PSPCL are already in place. Currently Punjab has very limited CNG cylinder and cascades testing facility in place. Most of CNG Vehicles cylinder testing and Cascades cylinder testing is presently catered by Delhi NCR. People need to travel to Delhi NCR for fulfilling this statutory Cylinder testing requirement. Hence, a CNG cylinder testing facility in Punjab will reduce the waiting period attributable to transportation and queues in overloaded facilities in Delhi NCR. this will help NCR reducing its carbon footprint and add to green cover. Major objective is to ensure the authentic testing for Cascades and on-board cylinders to minimize the logistics issue for testing. • CNG cylinder Testing facility will cater to the testing requirements of stationary and mobile Cascades. promoters are experienced engineering professional adequately equipped with regard to know-how to conduct its business and expand in the similar product range, as evidenced from the experience in previous employees in similar jobs adequate manpower required to achieve the required planned production levels will be added in due course of business. All the machinery planned is of industry standard and are latest state of the art machines. All the proposed equipment employ reasonable amount of automation and system control through software. promoters have taken total land of about 0.65 Acres on lease for 15 years which they have planned to set up the project. Promoters have projected a capital outlay of Rs. 2 Crores which seems reasonable.
