MAA PITAMBARA POLY PET LLP is a sustainability-driven startup establishing an integrated HDPE & PP flakes manufacturing unit focused on converting discarded PET bottle caps, neck rings, labels and other compatible plastic waste into high-purity recycled HDPE and PP flakes. The startup’s key innovation lies in its integrated model with an adjacent r-PET bottle recycling facility, enabling captive sourcing of raw materials, reduced logistics and handling costs, improved resource utilization and higher value addition from secondary plastic streams. The proposed facility will employ automated washing, shredding, density separation, drying and optical sorting technologies to produce consistent, industrial-grade recycled polymers suitable for various downstream applications. By recovering materials that are often treated as secondary waste and converting them into reusable industrial inputs, MAA PITAMBARA POLY PET LLP aims to reduce dependence on virgin plastics, minimize plastic waste, support the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) ecosystem, generate employment and contribute to India’s transition towards a circular economy. The scalable and replicable business model has the potential to be deployed across major plastic recycling clusters in India, creating a commercially viable and environmentally sustainable plastic resource-recovery ecosystem.
