After completing my education from Trinity College Dublin and having experience in working with Unicef Ireland(United Nations).I have finally decided to come back to India and payback to the country where I was born. During my time Ireland in last 3 years I was named as first Indian President of Marketing and Entrepreneur society in Trinity College Dublin later I was placed in United Nations and after having almost a year of experience there, today I have job offers from companies like Wayfair, Amazon, and eBay in the field of business development. I also had a digital startup in my college which gave well return and was a great experience to learn. I have developed a career in sales and business development but I always believed in bringing change, giving something new to the society and instead of being a job seeker I wish to be a job creator. To make this project reality I feel that it should be done in India and I owe allot to the country and I always will. I eagerly await to bring my education, experience, and insight into reality by forming a start-up. My startup is about manufacturing sustainable building materials like Ready mix concrete, Sustainable, eco-friendly and customized bricks for infrastructure according to the need. For example, high-density bricks when material required in heavy load structure and low-density bricks when material required just for partition. Soundproof bricks for offices, hospital and similar places, Aqua proof bricks for the places where celling problem is very usual, Pesticides free bricks for the places where pesticide problem is general. I wish to manufacture these bricks with a waste material composition which I have already tested. My vision will eliminate the use of red clay bricks which will be a big step towards a sustainable and green environment. It will stop the erosion of agriculture land as the production of red clay bricks require to allot of sand which is generally used from the sand on agriculture land, my startup will lead to an increase in the number of fertile lands and people will have crops from more fertile land. The building material for my project won't be made up of sand it will mostly consist of fly ash which is dumbed by several industries and also a big problem for the government, how to get rid of it. So this project will solve both the problems together. Also, it will save around 25% cost of construction for people and almost half of their time. The efficiency of these bricks will be more than red clay bricks or even or AAC bricks. I will be campaigning my building material throughout the country starting from North India and will be launching a commerce platform to reach the whole country. I have my family land of 15 acres on which I have decided to start this plant and will be producing around 200 cubic meters every day on the initial stage. Initial investment on startup will be made by me and my family members which I am expecting to be around 1 crore excluding land. My expertise in business development and Entrepreneurship has allowed me great career growth. However, I am now looking for a new position offering greater challenges. With sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and my ability to work with speed and accuracy, I will be starting this project soon and looking forward to being recognized under start-up India which will be a big support to my project.
