We are working on maid service industry and our primary focus is delivering an end-to-end monthly maid service. We are making improvements and removing the existing unpredictability associated with this industry, following are the methods: (i) Background verified maids (ii) Maids undergo our training module (both soft skills & technical skills) to improve quality & efficiency (iii) Work-time based monthly packages help quantifying both time & work, makes it predictable (iv) Consistent - online monitoring and time based reporting/completion of service (v) Track your maid and rate your service (vi) On spot replacement - from the back-up maids (vii) Money-back for each day, in case of no service This is a highly scalable model, both in terms of employment generation and wealth creation. A report by NCAER said by 2015-16 & 2025-26, India will be a country of 53.3 million and 113.8 million middle class households respectively. Most of these households require a maid to work monthly. based on the above, by 2018 the middle class households in India is close to 60 million. If we target 10% of these households to serve (thriving), we require to induce 1.5 million to 4 million maids. now, this is not just about maids but creating an entire ecosystem which will require more workforce to be employed. At a minimum, which will see another 200,000 to 500,000 to be added. Also, in perspective of revenue generation, 10% of the serviceable middle class households can generate annual revenue of more than $2B.
