Established in 2021, the company was founded by Mr. Akhil K Jose, Mr. Athul K Jose, Ms. Alka, and Mrs. Saly Jose, combining strong technical expertise and decades of practical experience in the road safety domain. India continues to face a serious road safety challenge, with thousands of lives lost every year due to inadequate safety measures and infrastructure. Marks and Signs LLP was created with a clear mission — to reduce road accidents and make travel safer by implementing world-class road safety systems such as road markings, sign boards, crash barriers, reflectors, and other critical safety installations. The company stands out for its focus on quality, durability, and innovation, powered by state-of-the-art machinery, modern engineering practices, and internationally certified processes. Marks and Signs LLP is the first and only ISO 9001:2015 certified road safety firm in Kerala, and one of the few comprehensive safety solution providers in India. Marks and Signs LLP has successfully executed major projects under NHAI, PWD, KSDP, and collaborated with national and international organizations such as GIZ and SaveLIFE to improve road safety outcomes. The company has expanded its operations across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Pondicherry, with newly opened branch offices in Chennai and Bangalore. With a consistent upward trajectory — achieving a turnover of ₹6 Crores in 2021-22, ₹18 Crores in 2022-23, and ₹25 Crores in 2023-24 — Marks and Signs LLP continues to grow as a leading startup in India’s road safety sector.
