Inspired by the vision and works of "People's President" – Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, a group of young talented minds had decided to mould an MI-Based Education Ecosystem to conquer the problems of the existing one. The team did congregate technology, creativity, innovation, and knowledge to redefine the education system and did believe that education is not the learning of facts and theories, but it is the training given to one's mind to think and act creatively by identifying and exploring their innate talents. Thus, we started our edupreneurial journey under the brand name – "MASTER MINDS". Nowadays, most of the education system follows the traditional classroom teaching and examination systems to measure a child's efficiency which is the biggest drawback of modern-day schooling. Future Doctors, Promising Engineers, Growing Athletes, Next Generation Artists, Budding Entrepreneurs, Emerging Scientists, Potential Technocrats, blossoming Journalists, etc. are all students of the same class and are taught the same lessons and are assessed based on a monotonous examination and we strongly believe that it must be changed. We believe that every child should be trained and assessed based on their inborn talents and his/her learning style. They should also be able to make the right career choices at the right time and should never end up in a career where they are underemployed or wrongly employed. To address this issue, Master Minds Team have developed few assessment sessions, mentoring programs, iMIA Sessions, MIIQE and MI-Based Learning Methodologies, which schools and other educational institutes can adopt to conquer the problems of the current education system. All these sessions are based on Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences, RIASEC Score, MMSCI Sessions, Etc. and are age-specific and talent-based! Whatever be your child's starting point, together we can help them catch up, think, learn more, and get ahead; side by side, step by step, day by day.
