At AiKin we are working to simplify recruitment using AI Agents. Context: Today it is extremely hard for even a great engineer to find the right opportunity as all jobs are spammed by applications. Being noticed itself is hard. On the other hand, if an employer wants to hire anyone, they have to take out a huge block of time from their schedule for screening, interviews and negotiations, and also a chunk of budget to hire a recruiter or a recruiting agency to go through the large volume of applications. This effectively makes hiring hard, even if there might be a need for it, having a direct impact on the general well being of the society. Today recruitments are largely driven by consultancies despite technical intervention of platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn and many more, but still as recruitment is heavily people centric, manual involvement for calling, follow up, data verification and initial screening is required. AI today has unlocked this potential: the potential to curate a personalised experience for each candidate and employer at scale. We at AiKin are taking a chance at making this system to simplify recruitment. Each person can create their own AiKin agent whose entire job is to understand the profile of the person, their potential, and find the right jobs for them. This unlocks a large avenue of verified data which would enable the candidate to opportunities, otherwise not available. Each company now has an AiKin Recruiter agent, which connects with verified talent, simplifying the process of screening and verification. This creates a system of data trust between the employer and the talent, solving a long standing issue of fabricated profiles, ghost jobs and lengthy expensive recruitment. We aim to make hiring so simple, people would want to hire as soon as they see an opportunity to expand, without much extra overhead.
