Which can be applied for existing business and new business for profitable growth , 2 M methodology is simple to understand and easy to use . Business Model Canvas- I Problem a) Because of Covid-19 pandemic, it has become essential for every organization, regardless of size in Private and Government sectors, to work on cost cutting and more revenue generation without affecting the quality of product and service.Meeting project deadlines and ensuring employee’s empowerment has become difficult to achieve. Current solution a) The traditional method used for cost cutting is by cost comparison through tendering and quotation processes. The most commonly used method for revenue generation is through an increase in the rate of product, service and taxes. Other methods such as lean management, value engineering, business reengineering etc. are available to achieve the cost reduction and revenue generation without affecting quality of products and services. However, these methods are complicated and difficult to understand at all levels of employees, require expertise and high consulting fees, and difficult to implement. This may result in employees being stressed.
