MBAtrek Private Limited (ISB-XLRI alum venture) is a career and skill development firm with a core focus to transform MBA students and young people into 'Ready and Relevant' executives. Our mission is to reach out to over 1,00,000+ MBA graduates every year and help them transform into global employable and relevant executives. The fundamentals of all our transformative programs are to build Character, Hope, Attitude, Skill and Enthusiasm (CHASE) in MBA students and young professionals. We are currently an Early Stage startup founded by Alok Srivastava (40 years exp. | Honeywell | Ranbaxy | XLRI) and Abhishek Srivastava (10 years exp. | Ex-Apple, Accenture, Schneider Electric | ISB | Georgia Tech | DCE). MBAtrek provides the following career and skill development services: 1. Corporate Skill Development: Through face to face discussion-based classroom sessions, the MBAtrek team brings a unique and practical approach to learning and developing key corporate skills. 2. Career Selection and Preparation: Through our standardized packages (#InternGO and #Campus2Corporate) and offerings we enable students and young professionals to select and prepare to apply for the most appropriate job roles basis their behavioral tendencies and cognitive abilities. 3. Career Planning and Development: Through our 1-year #CareerPlanning program we work jointly with young professionals and recent graduates to help them navigate and succeed in their corporate life. We aspire to build a complete end to end platform enabled by technological solutions for students and young professionals to interface with the industry and the corporate world. As a part of this platform, we will also onboard educational institutions and leverage our network of corporate contacts within organizations to increase opportunities for more Live Projects, Internships & Potential Job Offers. We are equally working with the industry partner companies to sensitize them to invest their time and effort at universities.
