The proposed venture is a specialized Molds, Dies & Tool Development Facility dedicated to the medical devices sector, conceived under the Department of Pharmaceuticals (DoP) - AMD-CF scheme and housed within the ecosystem of Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ). This facility aims to bridge the critical infrastructure gap by offering high-precision mold and tool development services exclusively tailored to the complex requirements of medical device manufacturing. By leveraging the unique ecosystem of AMTZ, which includes access to testing, certification, prototyping, and R&D services, the center will foster innovation and accelerate the indigenization of medical device production. Our mission is to enable startups, MSMEs, and established medical manufacturers with accessible, state-of-the-art design-to-manufacture tooling solutions that meet global regulatory standards.
