Lung diseases are one of the commonest diseases all across the globe. The commonest are allergic rhinitis, Asthma, and COPD. The rise in pollution and a sedentary lifestyle have further added to these diseases. Even COVID -19 is effecting the lung most. There is a definite need to strengthen our lungs to combat the ill effects of the above-mentioned problems. The science and beneficial effects of Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation on lung function and respiratory disorders /diseases have been documented and proven in various studies but there is a lack of evidence-based solutions in the market for more and more people to believe and adopt these traditional practices. This led to the idea of our solution which comprises of software(app, web portals, videos, e -meeting platform and hardware(oximeter and spirometer). The solution involves the following: 1) e-teaching of Yoga, Pranayam, and Meditation through tele meeting platform and videos 2) Integrated Bluetooth devices like Spirometers and Oximeters to test, quantify and evaluate baseline lung functions and later on regularly while the person practices Yoga and Meditation 3) App to register, track, monitor and prove the effects of Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation 4) Web Portals to see the real-time data.
