Megacare Services is founded based on the need for an objective, unbiased resource to help guide individuals and their families through a logical, thorough and an informed decision-making process in all matters related to their health. MegaCare through its flagship product – “Medical Concierge”, offers ‘peace of mind’ that comes with having 24×7 access to a dedicated team to take care of all medical needs. Medical Concierge is an upcoming form of providing care to patients. The increase in the aging population in India calls for more health-care ancillary services. We believe that a Medical Concierge facility would be beneficial to all, including senior citizens, young working couples, families with young children, overseas Indians with loved ones in this country and expatriates who have to explore the maze that is healthcare. We also believe that time and opportunity have presented themselves to us and we at MegaCare shall rise to the challenge. When a family member is ill, other than the treatment of the patient, there are numerous aspects involved. There are frequent visits to the doctor, path labs, chemists, and at times there is a need for a nurse or an attendant. In case of hospitalization, there is hospital-related paperwork, insurance claims to be filed, etc. With the never-ending list of tasks at hand, you're constantly juggling and it can get overwhelming as at the time emotions are anyway raw. To ease all this administrative and logistical burden, so that the family/caregiver can solely focus on the health of his/her loved one, Medical Concierge comes into play. The Medical Concierge is like a personal assistant at your beck and call for all your medical, administrative and logistical needs in your darkest hour. Our endeavour to create Megacare Services is to give our Members a feel of being their extended family and to help foster a true sense of understanding and trust. Focusing on the individual as a whole to develop long term goals and plans is at the forefront in becoming our members’ partner for health and well-­being. Our unique services such as our Pick & Drop facility along with an Attendant for Doctors’ appointments, 24 hour medicine delivery and house calls will help us stand out vis-à-vis other primary care providers who are unable to take the extra time and effort to exceed a patient’s expectations. MegaCare is set up on a membership model. There are different levels of membership that members can buy into, depending upon their need and requirement, ranging from a Rs.2,499/- to Rs.36,000/- per annum. The pricing of services that we offer has been designed and modeled in a way that the member is able to get more value instantly, than the money he is paying for the membership. Therefore, not only does it cost less for a member in the short-term, it can save the member money in the longer term by helping you find the most appropriate treatment/care faster.
