The company operates through its digital platform MembrainApp.in, which standardises the complete service lifecycle from diagnosis to execution and warranty management. Using the platform - (www.membrainapp.in), customers raise service requests, following which an engineering-based site diagnosis is conducted. Membrain digitally locks surface-wise and problem-wise engineering systems, generates quotations, manages execution through certified delivery partners, performs stage-wise quality validation, and issues digital warranties. All processes are centrally monitored to ensure consistency, accountability, and long-term performance. The platform also incorporates AI-assisted diagnostic features to support defect identification, surface assessment, and system recommendations using structured data and site inputs.
