We have two innovative products to be introduced in the manufacturing 1. SURFACE MODIFICATION TO SUIT HEAT AND NON CORROSIVE PROPERTIES FOR NON FERROUS METAL MELTING This a innovative coating technology which can save fuel/Power for melting non ferrous metals like Aluminium, copper , Zinc, Lead, etc which is an alternate for silicon carbide crucibles, Thermo couple sheathing, etc. 2. HEAT RETENTION BALLS This is a unique product which can again save power / fuel for holding the metal at required temperature without re heating. These balls are inserted in the hot metal where which holds the heat for a long time without re heating the metal to recover required temperature for pouring / casting. This is very useful for molten metal holding furnaces in non ferrous casting. Power/ fuel savings from 30 to 40%
