Metabolic Dreaming Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a Delhi-based healthtech venture developing an AI-enabled clinical decision-support platform for metabolic health — addressing one of India's largest and fastest-rising disease burdens. India today has over 100 million people living with diabetes and nearly twice that number at pre-diabetic risk, alongside rising rates of obesity, fatty liver disease, and cardiometabolic disorders. Conventional clinical care treats these conditions in isolation, after symptoms appear. The upstream drivers — diet quality, gut and oral microbiome health, food-system inputs, and lifestyle ecology — remain largely disconnected from frontline practice. MDS is building the Metabolic Systems Platform: a digital infrastructure that translates current evidence in nutrition science, microbiome research, and behavioural medicine into structured, deployable clinical protocols. The platform is designed to support three care settings: community-level triage at frontline clinics, advanced metabolic therapy in hospitals, and preventive assessment within routine dental visits — making upstream metabolic evaluation accessible where Indians already seek care. Founded by Vikram Kaleka, a US Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, MDS aims to make evidence-informed metabolic health affordable, scalable, and integrated into routine Indian healthcare — building Indian intellectual property in a field globally remade by AI.
