In their own words
Metal Morphosis is in the midst of establishing a plant that will process burned tyre steel wire. This wire can be obtained by the pyrolysis of scrap tyres. Because of the high levels of sulphur, phosphorus, and carbon dust that it contains, the scrap steel that is obtained in this manner cannot be used by the steel producing plant. Therefore, we create a new technology to clean this wire and remove the sulphur, phosphorus, and carbon dust from it so that it can be used in steel manufacturing plants as a raw material for them as scrap metal. Therefore, the full length of the wire can be utilized without any problems.
