Navaro is India's first integrated import-export ecosystem a combined Learning Management System (LMS) and SaaS platform that makes international trade accessible, executable, and financially supported for every Indian business that wants to participate in it. Haryana is one of India's most industrially active states. Thousands of manufacturers in sectors ranging from auto components in Gurugram and Faridabad, to agro-processing in Karnal and Ambala, to light engineering goods across the state — produce goods that the world wants to buy. Yet most of them do not export. Not because the demand isn't there, and not because the product isn't ready. Because the process is not understood. Documentation, customs clearance, INCOTERMS, freight structuring, cargo insurance, trade finance — these are not taught anywhere in a form that a manufacturer can act on. The result is that Haryana's and India's industrial capacity remains significantly underutilised in global trade. Navaro was built to change this. Founded by Karan Wadhwa (Co-Founder and CEO, 6 years active freight forwarding) and Satyendra Sharma (Co-Founder and CPO, 27 years active import-export practice), the platform brings 33 combined years of lived trade experience into a single digital environment. It is structured around four pillars: NavLearn (practitioner-built trade courses in a cinematic video format), NavTools (SaaS utilities for daily trade operations), NavFinance (embedded cargo insurance and trade finance), and NavBot (an AI assistant for trade queries). The government is investing significantly in India's export ambitions, through PLI schemes, the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision, and MSME export promotion programmes. Navaro is the preparation layer that ensures this investment translates into actual export-ready businesses. Navaro is current part of AIC-GGSIPU SPARK Cohort 15.
