Mitteee is the first online platform which is trying to mitigate the problem. The farmers will get online access to all the farmland available for renting and its history from Agristack data. It will help farmers to biodiverse their crop and have income from other sources as Livestock, horticulture etc. The landowner will also enjoy a fair price for his land and also being confident that the land is under an experienced farmer. The sustainability of farming is going to be an important factor for India and world in this decade. Mitteee will make sure that such practices are in place for the farmlands being leased out using the platform. The Agristack data created have manifold applications: The current decade is the decade of Biotechnology, Internet of things, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The tools are extremely important for future of agriculture as they will help humanity in achieving growing food demand while dealing with soil, water degradation, climate change and decreasing farmland to grow crops. Mitteee will collaborate with eminent scientists of India and around the world to understand the problem and solution. The technology background of the company can then be used to create tools that can help farmers achieve the feat of enjoying a healthy income from farm while tackling the problems related to it. Below mentioned are the vision of the company: 1. Landowners registered on Mitteee will have complete access to the farmers profile, that give them a tool to make a correct choice of the cultivator of their land. Mitteee overtime will also provide them a tool to calculate the estimate of the rent they can expect from the farm. Mitteee will make sure the whole process is hassle free. 2. The farmers registered on Mitteee will have access to all the farmlands listed on the platform. The farmer can then calculate his/her ROI based on the agricultural practices. Mitteee is planning to provide that tool to the farmers in the future. 3. The data collected by the platform will be used for various purposes: a. Agricultural insights to the farmers b. Connect farmers to potential buyers c. Connect farmers to warehouses d. Connect farmers to the post processing plants e. The productivity data can be used to connect farmers to contactors f. Connect farmers to the farm rental companies g. Connect farmers to the farm input companies The uniqueness of the solution lies in the fact that companies have been trying to solve all these problems separately, a single platform to mitigate all the problems is the demand of current times. 4. Mitteee is also planning to create a service through which a farmland can be seen as an investment opportunity and thus solve the problem of cash flow in agriculture. 5. Sustainable farming is at the core of the company values. It is very necessary to help farmer currently by making the system more efficient, but half of our effort should be on making sure better farming techniques are being employed in Indian farms. The company wants to invest heavily in the future of farming and being those solutions to farmers, for example nuclease technologies like CRISPR is creating new high yielding varieties in record time, these varieties should reach farmers, Mitteee wants to work in that domain. Similarly, climate resilient varieties, water conservative varieties will be the prime focus of the company. The company will employ Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence to understand consumer demand and help farmers to achieve that, for example the current consumer is moving towards traceability of the farm products they use and thus there is huge opportunity in this field. The consumer demand and connected farms can be used to make sure no food is wasted when the demand for it increases. Mitteee dreams of a future where every farmer is wealthy, landowner, retailers and consumers are extremely happy, India and the world have adopted sustainable farming techniques and the climate change has been mitigated.
