This platform is built keeping the interest of subscription based businesses and last mile service providers. Platform has many integration points like payment gateway, SMS gateway and IVR etc. It has Unified interface on top of multiple Payment Gateways supporting all type of payment options for end customers to make payment. This is also integrated with IVR to handle inbound calls from customers to manage the service requests and has ability to do outbound transactional calls. Currently more than 1300+ businesses already using the Apps built on this platform to automate and organize their business across India. The products that we have developed using this platform has Web CRM for the business owners to track and manage their business, role based mobile application for on field collection and service management team and B2C App for end users through which they can easily connect with the business owners to make online payments, create or monitor service requests. The products will also contains rule based automation component which can start or stop service in pre paid and post paid scenarios. Operational and analytical reports provide good insight about the business and can also provide customer behavior and churn reports.
