In their own words

The pillars of a new age banking system are - A) Round the clock availability with 24/7, 365 days uptime and clear communication to the customer in case of any downtime or scheduled maintenance. Even mobile apps should be designed to work in a low internet access area. B) Better, cleaner and easy to use UI/UX for the customer - both in the customer’s mobile (Android/iOS App) and the web. a) For a fully integrated system with multiple financial products in the platform, a one-click and de-cluttered UI is needed b) The underlying secured feeling MUST be evident to the customer who is using the app/web browser c) Fundamentally the customer should be able to solve his/her issues with the help of a fully Automated Customer Support Bot C) Authenticated, Authorized and a very secure environment. a) This is applicable for the mobile apps, web application and backend systems b) Sensitive data flowing to and fro should be doubly encrypted and the associated “keys” should be changed regularly. D) Highly regulated and audit enabled system for all regulatory institutions and other audits. Our architecture keeps the above as founding stones for the system and is designed to be a multi-tiered, microservices system wherein plugin/plug-out of different services is extremely easy and simple. The architecture makes sure that “any sensitive data” is always encrypted and the chances of doing a hack on the system are actually zero. The stack being used in the system is the latest available with microservices, UI components built in java, react with the underlying database to be highly available and failover proof. Also, the iOS and Android apps will be made in “NATIVE” to have better control over the OS and reduced app size. We have ensured that the data, code and access to the system is “NEVER” available to a single point of contact. It can only be accessed by getting together multiple stakeholders. With the first MVP, we shall also be undergoing the stricter PCI/DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance to facilitate the card data is passed through our system. Also, multiple ethical hackings will be done on the system to churn out any evident security/hackable flaw.
