To carry on the business of providing services related to investment advisory, personal finance consultancy, financial planning, advising on investment products, financial products such as mutual funds, bonds, commercial deposits, stocks, and other financial products and securities to the investors and corporates. The company will be involved in the business of Investment Advisory, responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning to its clients. The advice will be provided on a mix of stocks, mutual funds, insurance, etc. on the basis of risk profiling and suitability.USP- 1) Comprehensive research-backed investment recommendations that are driven by the client’s needs and not the fees earned on the recommendation. We will use technology stacks which will enable us to reach multiple clients on the back of centralized research, centralized technology, and centralized marketing systems. The use of technology in various functions of our business helps us to reach a high number of prospects/clients enabling us to add more value in their investment journeys. When compared to small/individual advisors, Moneyvesta is able to deliver much higher value to retail clients due to its expertise, its investment in resources, and the scale it is targeting. 2) The research is led by Manasvi Garg, CFA (B. Tech- IIT Kanpur, MBA- MDI Gurgaon) previously part of a four-membered research team at a top US MNC bank. The previous team was ranked among the top 3 teams in the US in their respective field. The rankings were provided by US institutional investors and were based on investment recommendations provided. During the course of his previous role, Manasvi directly interacted with global CEOs/CFOs of multi-billion-dollar companies and was engaged in providing investment recommendations to clients (hedge fund managers, fund managers, portfolio managers, etc.) who used to manage very significant amounts of money. During his tenure, he learned about various intricacies of the investment world and has now taken the initiative to help retail clients benefit from his experience. 3) Moneyvesta Capital Services is a SEBI-registered investment advisory firm, highlighting the company’s commitment to doing business the right way from the very beginning. As per a recent article from Livemint dated 17th May 2023- there are only 883 active SEBI registered RIAs out of which the number of corporate licenses is even lower. The license involves following stringent regulations/requirements mandated by SEBI in the interest of investors. Being among the very SEBI-registered intermediaries, Moneyvesta is committed to working in the best interests of its clients.
