Today's world is not a better place for everyone; almost half of the Indian population go through stress, MDE (Major Depressive Episode), and depression from time to time, and not everyone has someone to talk to, like to share their feelings and gain empathy, and that's why people need MoodBridge to share all kinds of troubles, like from big existential thoughts to small, day-to-day things that we all experience. And unlike talking to family or friends, a MoodBridge listener doesn't judge or try to solve problems and say what to do. Our listeners only listen. They understand. They give users the space they need to help them clear their heads. In short, MoodBridge’s mission is to provide empathy and support to people who want to talk about whatever is on their mind through a secure, anonymous bridging technology, where they can gain emotional support comfortably without being judged. MoodBridge connects those in need of emotional care with qualified active listeners, individuals from all walks of life who want to provide compassionate care. Connections to Listeners are free and private, so users have the privilege to connect with the Listeners any time and from their comfort zone. Also, our paid therapy service is for people who go through major mental illness and need an expert to glide them from their troubles. For people with major mental illnesses, we schedule an on-demand online therapy or book an online appointment with certified therapists for them. During the course, we take the accounts and follow-ups about the path of the user's journey, so that the user's experience is maintained and the motive is accomplished. Moreover, we do not engage with people who are in a crisis that subjects to homicidal, suicidal, or abusive thoughts, and that's well-stated in our Terms of Services. However, we do provide the government’s hotline number where the specific user can ask for aid and support, but then again, we strictly avoid people who’re in a crisis and we prohibit them from entering MoodBridge.
