Good afternoon everyoneI am Naresh Meena, I am the founder and C.E.O. of Moon. MOON is a B2B E-commerce company where we purchased good from manufacturers and sell it to the retailers directly. We remove all the middle men such as distributors, wholesalers and stockists. Most the margin we save by removing the middle men will be given to the retailers. The company will be like Alibaba and udaan but by removing all the middle men in supply chain. Retailers always buy from the person in the market who gives more margin for the particular product. Here, we will give them more margin by removing all the middle men.secondly In India, it's a norm today that retailers buy goods at the credit cycle of 30 days usually. So we will provide credit and charge some interest on it. When company will grew large we can provide SEO (search engine optimisation) and when operations will increase we will launch logistics arm of the company as well. ❖MOON is going to connect manufacturers directly to retailers by removing all the middle men. The margin saved by removing middle men will be used to give goods to the retailers in the least price possible and that will become the U.S.P. or value preposition for the retailers.❖Also retailers love to buy goods from the person who gives them goods in credit cycle of usually 30 days. So charging interest on credit is another source of revenue. For example competitor of moon is Udaan who charges interest of 2% to 2.5% on the credit from retailers.❖Another source of revenue for MOON is MOON ADWORD, we can also call it product ranking system. For example, google is website ranking search engine which charges money to rank the website higher in ranking, this entire system of ranking website higher for money is known as GOOGLE ADWORD. Almost 60% of the entire revenue of google is earned by GOOGLE ADWORD. In the same way moon will rank the product of manufacturers in search ranking and this will become the largest source of profit for moon when it will grow bigger in size.
