Main Object Clause of Mooofarm Private Limited is (a) To engage in the business of carrying on animal husbandry and related activities, including but not limited to (i) facilitating in the activity of or participating in the activity of buying and selling of cattle either directly through a digital or electronic platform owned or operated by the Company or a third party;(ii) cattle trading activities; (iii) cattle rearing; (iv) dairy farming; (v) cattle management; (vi) cattle feed management; and (vii) buying, selling and/or leasing of farmlands for the rearing of cattle and such other ancillary activities. (b) To engage in the manufacturing, sale, supply and/or distribution of nutritional products including cattle feed, additives and other health supplements. (c) To provide last mile extension services to farmers as an innovative agri tech startup.(d) To provide access to digital technology, finance and credit services, and livestock training to farmers. (e) To provide veterinarian consultation services in the form of physical in-person services either physically or through the online platform owned or operated by the Company or a third party. (f) To create a sustainable rural livelihood for farmers through information technology and encourage micro entrepreneurship among rural population including by way of operating performance linked incentives to enable rural population to extend Company’s products/services to farmers. (g) To enhance rural farmers’ access to technology by providing a complete dairy farm management tool with a built in e-commerce platform into the dairy farming process of rural India.
