MOTOREQ is the company building platform MediSOT(Medical Source of Truth), a P2P Distributed Ledger Technology based Healthcare Platform. MediSOT solves a key issue of Interoperability across various IT systems using Blockchain as the technology to add incorrigible honesty into the system wherein patient's data from various hospitals, laboratories(diagnostics), devices(fitbit), health applications can be held by the patient (making it purely patient centric) and will be available to anyone and everyone but only at the consent of the patient or as per the medical law of the land. This data cannot be held to ransom in various cyber attacks on health records, cannot be changed, cannot be compromised in any way. Rather patient can let this data be used for applications involving AI, analytics and actions to better his health preventatively and proactively. Also contributing to various organisations for research, trials and even real-time Population Health Management to prevent epidemics even before they begin. At the same time multiple organisations can share data between themselves without worrying about data getting stolen, tampered with or copied rather making data available globally securely when incentivised.
