MountBlue Technologies is a coding bootcamp whose mission to train youth in software technologies and take them to a level of proficiency where they can get into great software engineering jobs in startups and other high growth technology ventures. Till now we have trained and deployed more than 280 trainees in software jobs across the country , and fulfilled the needs of ~100 startups. There are a few salient features of MountBlue that make it unique: • Not only do we take responsibility of training the trainees but also of deploying them in great software jobs • We do not change a single rupee from the trainees- infact we pay them. We make our revenue only from the employers • This means that we only make revenue if our trainees become proficient enough to be deployed in high expectations software engineering jobs • We have designed our business model in such a way that unless we serve the society by making our trainees highly qualified, we do not make any revenue or profit and hence cannot have any existence. • We believe that we have a unique and superior model of imparting skills that may be the only answer to the unemployment and unemployability woes of India. In short we are a for-profit company with an unescapable and overarching commitment to society and our nation.
