Our company, Mozopsys Consulting (OPC) Pvt Ltd has been incorporated on Nineteenth day of November Two thousand eighteen .We are dedicated to addressing critical challenges faced by the manufacturing sector in our country. We specialize in upskilling the workforce, particularly the younger generation, by providing them with essential Techno-Commercial knowledge and problem-solving skills. Our approach combines traditional manufacturing practices with modern management techniques to optimize efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing environment. Our primary product is comprehensive training and consultancy service aimed at transforming the manufacturing sector. We offer specialized programs to enhance resource utilization, skill mapping, and strategic decision-making processes. Our services include workshops, training sessions, and on-site consultancy, all designed to eliminate non-value-added activities and prepare manufacturing units for global competition based on Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Flexibility (QDCF). To scale up, we plan to invest in marketing and manpower. This will allow us to reach a broader audience, enhance our service delivery, and make a more significant impact on the manufacturing sector. We aim to secure upfront investment to facilitate this expansion and drive sustainable growth.
