MPN is a real estate Company based out of Hyderabad and founded by two experienced professionals to fill the existing gaps in the reality sector. This business idea is a holistic & path braking one to address to all the stake holders (Builders, Developers, Investors, Buyers, Sellers, Agents, professional trainers, regulators, government institutions etc) of the sector by Providing services like NRI property management, Training and certification to real estate professionals, Professional consultancy (Legal, Regulatory and financial), Investment Promoting, Buying & selling of properties and franchisees. The whole of concept would operate through the technology driven mobile application & portal for business information, education and transactions. MPN is a Pan India project, now we are commercial its operations from Hyderabad, Telangana in the first phase. The MPN USP (Unique Selling Point) are as below; 1. Support and Develop the fair and transparent ecosystem in the real estate sector 2. Enable all the stake holder feel with informed decisions 3. Imparting training and enhance the skill set of the agents. 4. Methodological and Hussle free buying and selling process. 5. Market research and periodical reports. 6. To work with regulatory bodies, government agencies, industry members associations etc. Develop transparent and legally driven business processes. Revenue Model: This is an integrated novel model having huge business scope in the Indian market. Its revenue generating products are as follows; 1. NRI property management- subscription 2. Franchise-setting up fee and royalty 3. Buying and selling-margins 4. Investments and its services. 5. Training and certification-fee 6. Property professional consultation & services (Legal, Regulatory and Tax)
