MR TECH SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is a technology-driven company focused on digitizing and streamlining operational management for petrol pumps across India. Under our brand “MR Fuels Transact”, we have developed a SaaS-based (Software as a Service) mobile and web application that replaces traditional manual record-keeping systems used at fuel stations. Petrol pumps traditionally rely on multiple physical registers and books to manage daily sales, shift reports, stock reconciliation, nozzle readings, credit sales, staff attendance, cash management, decantation records, and financial calculations. This manual system is time-consuming, error-prone, lacks transparency, and makes real-time business tracking difficult. MR Fuels Transact provides an integrated digital solution that consolidates all operational, financial, and compliance-related records into a single secure platform. The application enables petrol pump owners and managers to: Record daily fuel sales and nozzle readings Track stock levels and tanker decantation Manage credit customers and outstanding balances Monitor staff attendance and shift management Maintain cash book and expense records Generate automated calculations and business reports Access real-time data from anywhere The platform reduces dependency on physical registers, minimizes human error, improves operational transparency, and enables data-driven decision-making. Our SaaS model allows scalable deployment across multiple fuel stations with centralized dashboard control. The system is cloud-based, secure, and designed specifically for Indian petrol pump operational workflows. Going forward, we plan to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into the platform to enable predictive analytics, automated anomaly detection, smart inventory forecasting, intelligent financial insights, and advanced business performance analytics. These AI-driven features will help petrol pump operators make more accurate, data-backed decisions.
