Mshashti Technologies is a startup founded by S Selvaraj, based in Andhra Pradesh, building a product called KAALKII OS — a blockchain-native enterprise software platform for Indian businesses. The simplest way to describe it: they are building the HR and business management software that India actually needs right now, at a price Indian companies can actually afford. Most Indian businesses today run their HR on Excel, Tally, or WhatsApp. The ones that can afford better use SAP or Workday — but those cost ₹2 to 40 Crore a year and take 18 months to set up. There is nothing in between that is modern, affordable, and built for India's regulatory environment. That gap is what KAALKII OS fills. Right now they are launching with two products. The first is an AI-powered HR management system that automates the entire hiring process — from posting a job to onboarding the employee — across 18 automated stages, replacing tools that individually cost lakhs per year. The second is a Smart Contract Audit Engine that checks blockchain contracts for security vulnerabilities before they go live, which no Indian company currently offers as an automated product. What makes the timing urgent is India's new data protection law — the DPDP Act — which comes into full force in May 2027. Every company processing employee data must comply or face fines of up to ₹150 Crore per violation. No existing affordable HR platform in India is built to handle this natively. KAALKII OS is. The business model is straightforward SaaS — companies pay a monthly subscription per user. The numbers are solid: 83% gross margins, strong retention because switching means losing your compliance records, and revenue projections that cross ₹21 Crore ARR by the third year as the DPDP deadline forces mass adoption. In short — right product, right regulation, right timing, built by someone who understood the gap before the market did.
