Online business has immense potential particularly in our country. But till today, even after almost a decade of ecommerce promotion the online business is still far away from its peak. This just gives an idea that ecommerce has still has immense potential to grow many folds than what it is right now. But there is flip side of this picture as well. Ecommerce has not grown in India as quickly and widely as expected. The silent reason behind slow growth of ecommerce is that most of the companies that have already adopted this way of doing business have not gained any substantial growth in sales or other business activities. The problem is neither with business nor with ecommerce, it lies in the manner in which it is implemented and used. Today ecommerce platforms are providing simple B2C and B2B business activities and nothing more whereas ecommerce has far more potential and capacities and can be most important asset of any business. Ecommerce is best way to keep record of business transactions, avoid erosion of tax, prevent accumulation of black money and fraudulent trading etc. Ecommerce also increases saleability by increasing accessibility. It is boon for bringing to limelight long-forgotten arts, ethnic designs and sculptures and handmade products. With Ecommerce people providing specialized or unique services can reach their consumers easily. A very vibrant and flourishing business environment can be created with maximum use of ecommerce particularly in a country like ours where people are richer by mind and skills but do not have much to invest. Our startup is developing an ecommerce portal that will not only improve saleability and accessibility but will also help companies and individuals to improve and grow their business. Our portal along with B2C or B2B activities, at the backend, will keep gathering the crucial data of their business. It will have a feature where AI-driven process will raise questionnaires from time to time which will be a type of survey. The answers to the questions of these surveys will fulfil the gaps in data made available by user’s business activities. By utilizing this whole data AI-driven feature of the portal will equip the system with ability to give user deeper insights and take timely and better business decisions. Our ecommerce portal besides B2C and B2B activities will also give user a view in the future, steps to manage business smartly, and ways to earn higher profitability.
