We are starting with manufacturing of production ready food processing equipment Plug and play type of equipment. which will make the operations fully automatic for predictable and reliable production. This shall be substitute of imported machines in cashew / Mango processing domain. Quality Control-Every machine manufactured goes under quality control measures to ensure that every machine adheres to industry standards. From raw material, work in progress to 100% testing of finished product for manufacturing and for purpose of machine, all shall be checked. Apart from this we also intend to get certification from various quality organizations like ISO etc. Production Setup- The company doesn’t limit itself till machine manufacturing, We shall use latest CNC bending, CNC cutting and State of the art welding machines for Mild steel and Stainless Steel. Together with this hard technology, the company plans to assist our customers with the market for their end products and production assistance, with AMC contracts. We will be providing in-depth training to client’s team, ensuring efficiency and consistency. We will be delivering turn-key solutions ensuring productivity at each step. Automation- The entire processing unit will be automated which will eliminate the risk of human errors, further giving better and consistent product. This allows operators to oversee operations from a safe location, reducing the need for physical presence in potentially hazardous areas. We intend to sell this integrated technology plants for processing of cashew nuts and Mango drying to West Africa and along with that we aim to capture market locally. With the initial study of African Markets, this will be a new Technology opening up a huge market for us.
