The product is an easy-to-use marketing-automation platform that leverages existing software infrastructure like Amazon Web Services and WhatsApp API to give small and medium sized businesses a way to engage with customers at a low cost. There are 50M+ small businesses in India and more across the globe and every business understands the potential of the ‘internet’. It’s easier today to create an online presence with website and app creator softwares or by adopting platforms like Amazon.com and Facebook. Our research has shown that most business find it hard to make ‘online’ actually work. It has become increasing difficult to acquire and manage customers online and this is where a low-cost small business friendly marketing-automation platform like MuxEmail comes in.
