MVRC MOTION LLP is an advanced engineering startup specializing in the design and manufacture of high-precision, 6-Degrees-of-Freedom (6-DOF) Stewart motion platforms. By integrating cutting-edge AC servo actuators with custom-tuned based control systems, we provide immersive, industrial-grade motion simulation for flight training, automotive testing, and high-end entertainment at a fraction of the cost of imported alternatives. Nature of Innovation: Our startup addresses the high barrier to entry in the motion simulation industry. Currently, 6-DOF platforms are either prohibitively expensive imports or low-quality hobbyist kits. MVRC MOTION LLP develops indigenous Stewart platforms that utilize sophisticated kinematics and real-time data processing to replicate 1:1 physical movement. Problem Solved: Cost-Efficiency: Reducing reliance on expensive foreign motion-control hardware. Customization: Developing modular hardware and Python-based software interfaces that can be adapted for anything from RC vehicle teleoperation (via OpenHD) to professional pilot training. Precision: Utilizing AC servo motors for low-latency, high-torque performance that meets GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and industrial standards. Impact & Scalability Beyond entertainment, our technology has direct applications in Skill Development and Defense. By providing affordable, locally-manufactured motion bases, we enable educational institutions and MSMEs to implement realistic simulation-based training. Our commitment to using open-source protocols (like ESP32 and custom Python scripting) ensures that our systems remain interoperable and future-proof.
