Organic agriculture is not just about production but also concerns about the attitude of producers and consumers towards the healthy environment, animal welfare, and preservation of biodiversity. Nowadays, the conventional methods of agriculture employ excessive use of chemicals and pesticides. These pesticides and chemicals have acute as well as chronic harmful effects on soil, farmers as well as the person who eats that product. The substances used to contaminate the soil water and air and pose potential harms to birds and microorganisms feeding on farm produce. Organic farming avoids the use of synthetic fertilizers and chemicals. Myo rganos foods private limited will play a potential role in bridging the gap from organic production to consumption, proving the best quality at the lowest affordable price. Our very first goal would be producer and consumer awareness towards personal health and environmental benefits of organic farming. Motivating farmers to Switch to organic agriculture, which will reduce their burden to bear the high cost of chemicals and pesticides. Second, We will provide personalized training to farmers on efficient methods of organic farming, ranging from biological pest control to the safe storage and try to invent new and secure environment-friendly ways of organic farming with the collaboration with farmers. The reluctance of farmers to switch to organic farming is because too slow production and most often situations are so worse that they are forced to sell their produce at minimal prices as conventional produce to money lenders from whom they borrow money. In the absence of organized marketing structure, larger benefits are enjoyed by the private traders and middlemen, and minimum benefits reach the poor farmers and in fact, the burden is created on consumers who receive goods at a very high cost. This has lead to lower production and higher demands. Myo rganos foods private limited will aim at motivating farmers, creating awareness, providing markets at reasonable price providing storage and transportation facility. This way, more employment opportunities will be created as every step would require a workforce. There will be the overall development of rural areas as farmers will no more be forced to sell their products at minimal prices. Myo rganos foods private limited will create an overall platform where everyone will be benefitted starting from producer i.e the farmer to transporter, generating employment opportunities and end up with supplying healthy and nutritious food to consumers without imposing an extra burden of cost.
