Infrastructure creation is a continual process in any geography world over for ages. Though the average lifespan of infrastructure has improved in the last few decades, however, a lot needs to be done to enhance the lives of people in our country by embracing newer innovations in all aspects of infrastructure domain. M/S Myspace studio enterprises LLP envisage to contribute to making the lives better using better designs, creating buildings meeting needs of the occupants and enhancing public infrastructure for the society using principles of “livening in harmony with nature”. We intend to mix construction material native to geography with new inventions to reduce carbon footprint, using comprehensive construction techniques for higher productivity, effectively using synchronized project management techniques for faster project completion and using specialized software tools and systems for better simulations and upfront visualization to reduce overall construction cycle. All of these and continual improvement in the systems and processes we are determined to reduce the total cost of ownership, enhance the utilization factor of the infrastructure and improve overall productivity of construction workers. The overall system will be scalable, process complied, adhering to system driven change-management practices rather than people dependency and replicable in multiple cities. There shall be enough room for creativity to make the infrastructure look visually attractive, functionally effective and sustainable. Creation of wealth is not the prime moto of the business however any business venture must generate wealth for self and for “society at large” to become enduring and sail through the business cycles. This startup is looking forward to making homes more meaningful for the residents, colonies become more engaging and enhance harmony among residents and overall infrastructure become sustainable and net zero compliant.
