We want to disrupt the agricultural and meat supply chain in Telangana's tier 2 and 3 cities. Since online ordering and spending patterns have increased a lot ... Tier 2&3 still has very few delivery options for daily essentials. Also, they need to visit multiple apps or visit different stores to order/buy daily essentials. Since people are economical and are not ready to pay delivery fees, instant ordering/quick commerce of essentials is not needed. We have bootstrapped, tried many different models, and taken continuous feedback from customers who landed with free early morning slot-based delivery with in-house logistics. We provide an all-in-one basket of daily essentials. We have launched our prototype in Nizamabad, a district in Telangana. To get the local feel we launched the app with the name my Nizamabad in November 2021. We are the first to come up with such a solution in such demographics. We have 4k+ downloads and Processed 10k+ orders with 25L volume and margin 21% Our CAC is ₹145 and LTV is ₹300 makes Unit Economics positive. November 2022, GMV is (1400 orders a month, ₹230 AOV) with Gross revenue ₹70000 and Expenses around ₹70000. We are currently Break-Even, but with proper funding, it can be made a great revenue-generating and Profitable model. Why we - Roles for tech, ops, marketing, sales, and growth have been perfectly fulfilled. Why now - simpler logistics because of a delivery radius of less than 6km, cheap labor availability, and Easy dark store setup. We need ₹2.4Cr to make a yearly GMV of ₹8Cr in 1st year and ₹16Cr second year Just in Nizamabad. We focus on delivering all orders very early in the morning. That is where the real need of the public lies. According to the business model NET PROFIT after the first year would be ₹1.8Cr. ₹2.4Cr will use approximately 50% in ops, 20% in marketing, 15 % retention, and 15% in salaries. we want to implement one warehouse and multiple distribution center models. All operations like procurement, cleaning, sorting, and packing will be done in the main warehouse. Distribution centers are used only to assemble and deliver which gives us around 15% efficiency in overall delivery time and costs. We are raising this initial fund to get ₹8Cr traction in one district and raise series A to spread to 20 other similar Supply Chain and Demographic districts in Telangana to process ₹400Cr Volume per Year.
