To establish, promote, and conduct institutions, centers, workshops, studios, and programs for imparting life skills, vocational, creative, and practical training including but not limited to painting, carpentry, handicrafts, creative arts, design, tailoring, and allied skills to individuals of all age groups, including children, adults, and persons with special needs (including but not limited to visually impaired individuals, hearing impaired, physically challenged persons, and other differently-abled groups) and to develop and implement inclusive, adaptive, and accessible teaching methodologies, assistive learning tools, and customized training modules(both short-term and long term) to enable equal participation and skill development for all learners. To organize, conduct, and participate in seminars, workshops, awareness programs, exhibitions, community outreach initiatives, assessments, evaluations, and certification programs aimed at romoting life skills education, vocational training, and inclusive learning, and to collaborate or affiliate with government bodies, skill councils, educational nstitutions, NGOs, and other organizations for recognition, accreditation, certification, and wider dissemination of such training programs. To carry on the business as owner builders, colonizers, developers, promoters, proprietors, occupiers, lessors, civil contractors, maintainer and mortgagors of residential, commercial and industrial buildings, colonies, building for mills and factory?s sheds and buildings, workshop?s building, cinema?s houses. To undertake and to carry on the business of purchasing, selling and developing any type of land or plot whether residential, agriculture, commercial, industrial, rural or urban hat may belong to company or to any other person of whatever nature and to make agreements to sell the land to the company or of anybody else.
