In their own words

At Napses we have built, an artificial intelligent recruitment assistant, Aira, who assists your in house recruiters in recruitment, specifically targetting entry level candidates in semi-skilled and un skilled work force. Aira automates all the manual, routine tasks that your recruiters waste a lot of time on. Like, making the first connect with the candidates to check if they are looking for a job, checking if they are eligible for the job your team is hiring for, sending them clear instructions about the interview, documents to carry, reminding them about the interview etc.. Since these mundane work takes much of the recruiter’s time during their day, they are now free to do the activities that matter the most for a successful hire - creating a personal connect with the candidates, clearing any hesitations and questions that they might have and drive more closures.
