NarNaadi Health addresses a quiet but dangerous gap in elder care in India: senior citizens managing chronic conditions like hypertension rarely track their own vitals, and their adult children — often living elsewhere — usually find out something's wrong only after a crisis. NarNaadi closes that gap with a Bluetooth-enabled smart ring that automatically measures blood pressure and heart rate at set intervals throughout the day, with no action required from the wearer. A companion phone app handles a one-time setup, then runs quietly in the background — no logins, no daily check-ins. Readings flow to a cloud platform that compares each reading against the elder's personal target range, ideally set from their doctor's prescription rather than a generic guideline, flags meaningful deviations, and notifies family members through their own app — turning easy-to-miss health changes into timely, actionable alerts. The name reflects the idea directly: "Naadi" is the traditional Ayurvedic term for pulse, and NarNaadi is built to read that pulse continuously and pass it on, the way a caregiver once would have. The goal is to shift elder chronic-disease management from reactive, crisis-driven care to quiet, continuous family awareness, without asking anything of the person who needs it most.
