Navgati Dynamics Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in August 2025 and headquartered in Nashik, is an aerospace deep-tech startup focused on building India’s first end-to-end Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) ecosystem for rockets, satellites, and defense platforms. India currently faces a critical dependency on imported GNC systems — simulation toolkits, inertial sensors, and integrated control modules are either too expensive, restricted by export controls, or fragmented across multiple vendors. This leads to higher costs, integration delays, and reduced mission reliability. At the same time, the growing private space ecosystem, research labs, and universities in India lack access to affordable, indigenous solutions, creating a widening technology and skill gap. Navgati Dynamics addresses this challenge through a three-phase roadmap. In Phase 1, the company is launching NavSim SDK, a simulation and tuning toolbox that bridges the gap between academic tools and costly foreign aerospace software, enabling rapid design and validation of guidance and control algorithms. In Phase 2, Navgati will develop indigenous aerospace-grade IMUs (NavIMU) to reduce import reliance and provide high-precision sensing solutions for space and defense. In Phase 3, the company will scale into NavControl integrated GNC modules, offering plug-and-play hardware systems for rockets, satellites, and UAVs. The unique selling proposition of Navgati Dynamics lies in this phased approach, combining early revenue generation through software with long-term value creation in indigenous hardware.
