NAVIA TECHLABS LLP
Panchkula, Haryana
In their own words
Navia Labs LLP is an Indian indigenous deep-tech startup building sovereign RF and Analog integrated-circuit technology on a Silicon-to-Systems model — bridging fabless chip design and full-stack systems for India's defence, space and strategic-electronics needs. At its core is India's first AI-native, open-source EDA platform for analog and RFIC design, which replaces a decades-old monopoly — where three foreign vendors charge ₹2–6 Crore per seat — with a zero-licence-cost, cloud-ready flow that takes an engineer from a plain-English specification to a foundry-ready layout at roughly a hundredth of the cost. On top of this flow sits a shared-platform family of eight products — NavIC/GPS CRPA anti-jam, FMCW proximity fuze, AIS+ tactical mesh, railway and traffic radar, and DRFM electronic warfare among them — built on indigenous RFIC, MEMS, antenna and DSP IP. The work is silicon-proven, not academic: 4+ tapeouts validated on open foundries including IHP Germany (130 nm SiGe BiCMOS) and SkyWater (130 nm CMOS).
