Navrangi Creations LLP is a women-led startup passionately committed to preserving traditional craftsmanship while creating sustainable livelihoods for women across India. Founded by Nirmala Billa and Geetha Gujja, Navrangi blends the timeless beauty of maggam (hand) work and computer embroidery with modern business practices to deliver high-quality, custom-designed ethnic wear. Our journey began with a vision to empower women through skill development and market access. Today, we proudly collaborate with over 100 skilled artisans specializing in intricate hand embroidery and have engaged more than 1,000 rural and semi-urban women tailors. Through our inclusive model, we are not just making fashion but making a difference — helping women artisans gain financial independence and build better futures. At Navrangi, every blouse tells a story — a story of heritage, precision, and empowerment. Our collections feature a wide array of handcrafted maggam work blouses and digitally embroidered designs tailored to customer preferences.
