Navyaji Food Industry Private Limited, operating under the brand Pizzapur, is a tech-enabled QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) startup. We are building "Asia's Emerging Pizza Chain" by solving the problem of high-cost, unorganized food outlets in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Our model focuses on providing premium quality, standardized food at an affordable price point through a highly scalable micro-franchise model. 2. The Problem You Are Solving High Entry Barriers: Most international pizza brands require an investment of ₹30-50 Lakhs, making it impossible for small entrepreneurs to join. Lack of Standardization: Local unorganized pizza shops lack hygiene, consistent taste, and professional branding. High Food Wastage: Traditional kitchen models lead to high inventory waste. 3. Your Innovative Solution Low-CAPEX Model: We have engineered a compact kitchen setup that reduces initial investment by 70%, allowing small-scale investors to start a business. Process Innovation: We use a proprietary "Pre-Mix & Standardized SOP" system. This means any person can be trained in 3 days to make a high-quality pizza, reducing the dependency on expensive professional chefs. Inventory Tech: We are implementing a lean supply chain management system to track real-time stock and reduce food wastage to less than 2%. 4. Scalability (How will you grow?) Rapid Expansion: We have already expanded to over 15 outlets within a short period. Our goal is to reach 100+ locations using our plug-and-play franchise model.
