Naztek Innovation Private Limited is a technology-driven startup founded by travel enthusiasts with a vision to “connect people to explore the world together.” The founders are driven by the belief that travel is more meaningful when it is shared, and are building an integrated platform that enables people to connect, discover, and experience the world as a community. The Company aims to serve passionate travelers while also inspiring more people to travel through shared experiences, trusted recommendations, and a simplified journey from planning to exploration. The company is engaged in the development of a mobile application by the name of “Looprz” (the Application) intended to address the operational and coordination challenges associated with group travel. At present, group travel activities are generally managed through multiple unconnected platforms for communication, itinerary planning, expense sharing, navigation, and photo exchange. To address this gap, the Looprz application allows the users to create and co-manage a shared trip entity referred to as a “Loop.” Each Loop is structured to progress through defined stages of the travel lifecycle, including planning, active travel, post-trip wrap-up, and completion. Based on the relevant stage, the platform enables functionalities such as collaborative itinerary creation, group expense tracking, trip-specific communication, shared media capture, reflection inputs, and preservation of trip memories in a common archive. The platform also incorporates a network-based travel presence feature indicating whether connected users are planning or undertaking travel.
