A starch derivative that does not contain free starch, maltodextrin (MD) is a powder product made using starch as the raw material, purified after liquidating the enzyme amylase, concentration, and spray drying. It is a starch derivative that does not contain free starch. This is one of the ideal raw materials in the food industry due to its high viscosity, substantial enhancement, good solubility, instant dissolution, suitable carrier property, little fermentation, low moisture adsorption, no unpleasant odour, intense sweetness, good digestion absorption, low calorie and low-fat content.
