NEO Online Ventures Private Limited is a technology company incorporated in May 17, 2021, focused on building robust, technology driven, and scalable platforms that can deliver professional solutions. During the initial stage, we aim to develop a legal technology platform named Ezylegal ( https://ezylegal.in/ ) to address the gaps in current legal service delivery methods that are identified by us. The platform aims to significantly improve the services delivery, and enhance the user experience. The features of Ezylegal platform will facilitate the user to get reliable solutions such as: • Legal Consultation; • Legal Documentation; • Property Documentation; and • Business Registrations Further, the company’s vision is to empower thousands of lawyers, para legal professionals, and accountants to get assignments from users around the world looking for specific legal, and accounting solutions, and deliver legal and/or accounting solutions from their home/office. In addition, the founders come from strong technology and startup background and therefore, aim to leverage the technology to provide enhanced digital platform, and improve user experience. Moreover, with the growth of our product, and services, we aim to substantially create employment opportunities.
