The Company is engaged in the end to end business solution of design, manufacture and marketing of readymade apparels and accessories under its own brand “NOBIY” and exclusive license brand “Gloria Vanderbilt”. In addition, the Company is also in discussion with a major international brand in apparels for exclusive license in India. Since its incorporation, the Company has filled up key positions for the back end operations, supply chain and warehousing service providers have been identified and signed up, accounting process has been put in place, store design concept finalized, ecommerce platform development is in progress, vendors for manufacture have been finalized. During May 2023, the Company has obtained exclusive license to design, manufacture and marketing of Gloria Vanderbilt branded apparel in India.
