In their own words
Project Title:- Next-Gen Print Automation for Edgeband Manufacturing. The Problem: Traditional edgeband manufacturing relies on legacy roller printing systems. These lines consume massive amounts of electricity for thermal drying, suffer from high ink wastage, and have slow turnaround times for design changes. The Solution: We are planning to disrupting edgeband production by replacing thermal rollers with a Next-Gen Printing System. This technology uses instant-cure UV LED lights instead of massive heating tunnels, cutting production energy consumption by up to 60–70% while eliminating ink waste. Innovation & Uniqueness: Our innovation shifts edgeband printing from mechanical rollers to a high-speed, instant-curing digital/semi-automated line. It offers zero-VOC eco-friendly printing, flawless design alignment across multiple substrates (PVC/ABS), and drastic reduction in factory carbon footprint. Scalability & Impact: By slashing electricity overheads, we can supply premium-grade edgebands to India's booming modular furniture market. This local, high-tech manufacturing reduces import reliance and creates skilled jobs in industrial automation.
