Problem Statement : It has been observed the huge gap between Education and Industry in India. Young Graduates are not getting the Job while the Industry is seeking the ready to deploy engineers / resources. Solution : Idea is to make freshers more capable to able to get job and ready to work on projects without any formal training from industry. This can be achieved by imparting interactive training using audio visuals and with the Task (Real world situation) based simulation of the topics just like fresher may get in an industry. Along with this need to provide support to fresher for understanding of Tools / Software used in specific industry for specific project and also providing them guidance about how to design the resume in such a way that they got the specific job in their interested domain. Task based training is the main essence of this idea as it will mentally prepare the fresher to be in situation like they will face in industry and it would help them to gain experience with any real job. I strongly believe that if we create a situation like real world for fresher they would get exact idea that how to do and what to do in specific situation. That will help them to get an experience without job and prepare them for skills which industry is seeking and not able to find easily.
